 Recognition

Neogene’s rapid drug testing products are approved by Police Electronic Product Quality Testing Centre, Ministry of Public Security of China. In 2019, the products received CE & RoHS certification. Besides, the management systems of Neogene are ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 certified as well. At present, rapid drug testing products are broadly utilized in 20 provinces and direct-controlled municipalities of China, and systematic sewage drug detection services have been provided for some cities in Shandong, Guangdong, Hainan and other places. Neogene’s products and services have received a high degree of market attention and wide recognition in the market.

 

Scientific Research Strength

Neogene is the anti-drug scientific research centre of the First Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security. Focusing on drug testing and identification, drug toxicology, diagnostic treatment and preventive education, Neogene has established a provincial key laboratory jointly with Zhejiang Police College. Cooperating with DUAN Shumin, the academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the director of the Department of Medicine of Zhejiang University, Neogene initiated an academician workstation to conduct research on R&D of anti-drug frontier technology. Currently, Neogene has more than 10 patents in the field of drug detection.

 

Technical Advantages

Neogene successfully developed a number of advanced drug detection systems based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR), quantum dots, microfluidic biochips and genetically engineered antibodies. At present, Neogene's self-developed hair drug detection technology and products are in leading positions in the market. (1) The handy, easy-operated handheld and portable hair drug testing devices are easy to take samples, and can adapt to various testing environments. (2) Multiple drugs can be detected, such as heroin, morphine, methamphetamine, ketamine etc. (3) The reagent kit can be stored at normal temperature, thus, convenient for transportation and storage. (4) The equipment is with supreme functioning quality, for instance, fast detection speed (within 5 minutes), high detection sensitivity (0.2ng/mg, in line with the standard of Ministry of Public Security), and strong thermal stability (tolerance to 45 °C).

 

Industrial Ecological Construction

Except for drug testing, Neogene is establishing a complete industrial ecosystem. First, Neogene is conducting urban sewage monitoring by drug detecting, to provide solutions to urban anti-drug tasks. Second, Neogene is establish a third-party judicial authentication agency to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of drug toxicants for public security agencies, judicial and related institutions, and providing follow-up services for rapid drug testing. Third, with the academician workstation, Neogene is conducting the R&D of products on drug detection based on brain imaging and non-invasive rehabilitation. Forth, based on the technologies of big data, cloud computing and AI, Neogene is building an integrated management platform for drug users combined with an online control system and offline anti-drug stations.
